Product Description:

Special modified polymer based, expanded glass bead granule filled, supported by special contributions, special ,exterior and interior thermal insulation plaster.

Application Areas:

Concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, pumice, aerated concrete, plasterboard, betopan, OSB, restoration of old buildings and works, interior and exterior insulation.

Surface Preparation:

Application surfaces must be dry and clean. Any damaged surfaces must be repaired before plastering.

Preparation of the Plaster:

Pour the entire bag of MOMENTUM FN 50 into the mixing container, add 14.5-15.5 liters of water, and mix with a mixer for 6-8 minutes. It is recommended to mix the entire bag at once before preparing the mixtures. The prepared mixture should be used within 2 hours. The prepared mixtures are applied to the surface using a trowel or machine.

Application Temperature:

When applying MOMENTUM FN 50, the ambient temperature must be above +5°C.

Storage Conditions:

It is stored at +5°C and above in a dry environment and without contact with water.

Shelf Life:

Dry and moisture-free environment 12 months.

Application:

The wall surfaces to be applied should be cleaned, and any surface irregularities should be repaired. Plasterboards are installed at even intervals on the building surface. The pre-prepared material is filled between the plasterboards with a steel trowel or a plastering machine. Excess plaster between the plasterboards is then smoothed away with a straightedge. The steel trowel gives the surface a decorative texture or a smooth appearance. Approximately 48 hours after application, the surface can be painted, if desired.

Consumption:

For 1 cm thickness, it is 4.5-5.0 kg on 1 m surface.
