Product Description:

PLASTERM EX-G is an ecological insulation plaster that provides heat, water, sound and fire insulation, supported by natural raw materials.

Application Areas:

It can perfectly fasten on exterior and interior surfaces on column and beam, rough thick plaster, aerated concrete, gypsum pan, brut concrete and painted surfaces

Surface Preparation:

Dust and dirt areas, layers separated from the surfaces like paint, lime, hollow plaster must be cleaned. If there is any cracked and hollow surfaces, they must be cleaned, they must be flattened by filling with a repair mortar. On painting surfaces, it can be directly applied after forming a serrated surface by drawing with nibbling method.

Preparation of the Plaster:

Firstly, You should put 14,5-16 lt water. Later, you can put 20 kg plasterm. Mortarboard have to be clean. You should use 500-600 speed Mixer for homogeneous mixture. plasterm is prepared by mixing with a mixer for 4-5 minutes.

Application Temperature:

When applying Plasterm Ex-G, the ambient temperature must be above +5°C.

Storage Conditions:

It is stored at +5°C and above in a dry environment and without contact with water.

Shelf Life:

Dry and moisture-free environment 12 months.

Application:

The wall surfaces to be applied should be cleaned and if there are defects on the surfaces, these defects should be removed. Anos are mounted at regular intervals on the building surface. The previously prepared material is filled with steel trowel or plastering machine between the anodes. Then, the plaster is taken to the anolar condition by correcting the plaster with excess gauge. With a steel trowel, the surface is given a decorative texture or a smooth appearance.
Note: If the application area is very large on the concrete and gross concrete surfaces, the use of the net is eliminated.
Note:Columns , beams , window and door edges and columns ; before appication surface should ve plastered by quality adhesive(cement based) with plaster mesh (use mesh its importent shaking and building shaking , over time, there is a slippage of buildings to the ground)
Note:The surface should be washed with pressurized water before application.
Note:The material will be protection by decoratif plaster and silicone paint.
Note:In new buildings,there may be some ground settlement related to the ground stracture i which may cause fine cracks at the joint, fort his we recommend applying mesh to the joints and application columns and beams shoul be with mesh.
